What this site does and does not collect
Saxumero is designed as an information resource. It does not ask for appliance serial numbers, home addresses, repair bookings, payment details, account credentials, or a user profile. The site offers general safety-first notes and does not operate a repair dispatch or service platform.
Contact notes stay in your browser until you act
The contact form has optional name and email fields and a required site note. If you add a message, the page prepares a draft in your own email application. The form does not automatically transmit the text to a Saxumero database. Review the draft before you choose whether to send it.
Technical information
Normal web delivery can involve technical information such as requested address, browser type, IP address, device details, language settings, and time of access. Saxumero does not intentionally offer a visitor login, advertising pixel, behavioural profile, or appliance-monitoring service on these pages.
Browser-side tools
- The checklist and note prompt work within the current browser page.
- They do not send marked items, appliance observations, or a diagnosis request to Saxumero.
- Your browser, network provider, extensions, and email application may have their own policies outside this site.
