There is no Saxumero transaction

Saxumero does not sell repairs, parts, inspections, subscriptions, downloads, visits, or paid support. It has no checkout, payment card form, booking calendar, invoice, or order record. There is therefore no Saxumero purchase to cancel, refund, amend, or reverse.

Independent arrangements

If you independently engage a repair business, buy a part, arrange an inspection, or obtain a product after reading information on this site, your arrangement is with that independent provider. Contact them directly about cancellation, refund, delivery, warranty, or service questions. Saxumero cannot access or change an independent transaction.

The contact note prepares an email only. It does not place a repair order, reserve a visit, promise a reply, or create a paid relationship.
